Thanks for the warm welcome. Looking forward to picking your collective brains as get into it and shake out all the gremlins.

I've been trolling the site for awhile as I lusted after owning a Cutlass, and I have no doubt you are all objectively correct when you say this is the best community of gbody owners on the web. Glad to be here.

I just saw that cutlass on craigslist the other day. Looked pretty solid for the price. Nice score. I'm located in DE and have tons of parts if needed.

Welcome to the site! I like finding cars like you have with good mechanicals and you can paint it whatever way you want. Good luck!

Welcome to the forum. That's a good looking Cutlass. Real paint is overrated. I dig the flat black primered look. I've been thinking about doing my '86 Monte Carlo that way.

There's a lot of good people and a lot of good info on here. You'll love it.

Thanks again all. QS442, good to know you're local - thanks for the heads up! I'm trying to fix or give attention to at least one problem or shortcoming of the car, however minor, every day.

I figure if I can address 365 (even 300) issues a year, there's no way it can fall apart faster than I can fix it, right! Hahaha. Well I'm off to post in other areas of the site. Thanks everyone!
