I can't get my grease gun into the tight space at the rear U joint and shaft flange. Is there a trick to this or does it need a re and re to access the grease nipple?

Thanks awdblazer...That's what I suspected but I don't recall having problems with lubing U joints...but that was 20 years ago. Maybe pickups are different.

That is why I use the greased for life u joints. U joints don't move much and as long as the dust seal isn't broken the grease has no place to go. If the U joint is put in backwards that makes it really hard to grease. Have you tried a grease needle?
