Starting with this gauge panel and attempt to patch up where the previous owner butchered the dash... I have a Monte SS radio plate that looks like I can make work.

Someone really wanted the radio out of that car.

Nice!!! It sucks to have to chop up a new hood! I like the wheels, thought about getting those, but went with these instead.

Those are sweet!! Ya I needed a new cowl hood due to my fiberglass was cracked. Wasn't going to go fiberglass again.. And they didn't make a true cowl steel hood .. so only option was to make one .. lol

Yeah, if my glass bolt on hood ever gets screwed up i will go back to steel. When i bought mine, nobody made a steel cowl for the cutlass....literally maybe 6 months after, gbodyparts came out with theirs! But, mine is a 4" and it just fits the theme, i think the 2" would look wimpy on my car, nothing against a 2", just not for the cutlass.

I've been slowly assembling the wagon since getting it home.

Totally agree my current is 3 in fiberglass.. I will miss the better look .. but won't miss the hood shaking and lifting up at highway speeds oh and cracks .. And Not a big fan of the look of hood pins

Tried to figure out which one is lower.

And gave the Monte a tune up, and added some ponies with a zip disc. Weird working with a timing light again.

Partially tore down my '70 SP Buick 350. Looks really good on the inside. I really believe that this thing has less than 70k on it. It's sitting on a weird homemade cart thing so I couldn't take it all the way apart, but what I did see was very promising. Also, found some corn.
