I'll trade the rain that just about turned a local borough into a lake for that dry heat. Have had enough rain for the summer already.
It's like wind energy. Producing it here, while the demand is waaaaay over there. Start laying lots of garden hoses along I40?
I hear it all the time here out west, "It's a dry heat." So is my oven and I have no plans on climbing in there anytime soon. I seriously do not know how you Arizona guys do it, we hit 99 the other day in Denver and I was miserable.

As a claims adjuster I have seen hail go through shingles, OSB sheathing, drywall and damage engineered wood flooring. I have also seen people claim pea sized hail damage tile roofs, interior water damage and without collateral damage to soft metal, vehicles or screens.
