Maybe test compression if the starter isn't smoked and/or you put one on it. Have you tried starting fluid?

Tried starting fluid it's getting gas anyway got spark moved the distributor like a million times
It has fuel, spark and compression. It should be in time. It should run. I totally understand your frustration. I wish I was there to help. Could it be a bad distributor cap or something like that? I've had some new parts bite me in the *ss.

Maybe you are there and the starter is just done. I hope so. You have our support. I asked about the cap because I had a new, bad cap tear me up in a slant 6 about 25 years ago. Ate me alive.

Today is a new day. You're rested and hopefully have a fresh perspective on it. New battery and starter are a solid plan. Don't forget to check your cable connections (especially ground) since this is a new build. You wouldn't be the first to discover that a bolt bottomed out before the cable was tight, or something likkee that. I know my El Camino was iffy to start with a marginal battery. It would crank and crank but the ignition side wasn't hot enough. It technically had spark but just wasn't enough to light the fire. I've also had ignition switches that lost accy/ign power in crank position.
You'll get it running. Just try not to let frustration get you in a loop. I have a tendency to do that, myself.

Nothing is going to happen with the car tonight we're finally getting some much needed rain so I'm going to check availability of a starter on line and just go get one. I think my dog has the right idea he's sleeping on the couch.
