87 442 on Craigslists for $10k

I'm REALLY, REALLY, fighting myself NOT to buy this car. I need 10k or so to finish my Monte (trans, rear end, fitech, trunk build, wheels, etc...) but goodness gracious I want a 442. It's literally less than a mile away . smh.

In my area, I've been monitoring 442's specifically for the last few years and 442's and Hurst/Olds's in this condition typically sell for over $10k, quite easily. I did go and check ebay's SOLD listings as well as nearby areas on CL and for this condition, $10k is still fair. It's by no means a good deal, but it's average.

I don't want to go see the car because I know I'll make an offer at the very least and my uncle keeps telling me to stay focused on the purchase of a Chevelle or 67 Impala. I want them all!!!!
