So I'm sure i'm not the first to ask this...I was planning on getting the Holley engine mounts for my 6.0LSx swap. I would like to get a set of long tube headers as well. I straight up can't and wont pay the $800 for the Hooker headers. I know guys are having success with some of the cheaper ebay headers. Just want to know which ones they were (f-body??) and what some of the clearance issues are with those engine mounts.

Get the 1-3/4" primaries. And only use OEM-type steel shim header gaskets.

What, if any mods did you have to make on the Ebay tubes..?

I have used the Hustlers before and they fit like a glove but Im in the same boat, not really wanting to spend 600-1000 for a set of long tubes on the next one.
