I was thinking the same thing, he must have the engine lifted off the engine mounts....
Yes in the picture the engine is off of the engine mount. I started taking everything back a part and going to re-do everything to make sure my motor mounts is in the right place and everything .

This is speedy94c car and it's the same set up of my set up. So something can't be right on my car.

I can vouch for the fact that the truck clam shell mounts will work as I am using them in my 83 El Camino. It is possible that you may have to relocate the crossmember side of the mounts to another hole on the crossmember but they will fit.

Hey guys. I am wanting to put a serpentine system in my 86 elky with a 305. I found a 97 truck with everything. Will this work? I do not have smog stuff and I want a/c. The 97 truck has the alt and a/c on the same side as mine. Does this matter or do I still need to swap from left to right? Thanks.
