auto tech, ase master since 1988. currently been with toyota for 11 years, with 7 years as master diag tech. prior to that, 13 years with ford, with 7 years as senior master tech. i tried escaping the auto industry for 5 years as a industrial sales rep, but i sucked at it. so wrenching it is for me.

Currently chef/line cook at 2 different restauraunts. Owner/operator of a small pressure cleaning/property service company. Part time bouncer at a strip club.
Spent my teenage and early 20s in custom audio and wheel shops, and night club security. I've been managing kitchens for the last decade.

For the last 28 years I have developed repairs for turbine engine hot section components for commercial and military jet engines. My job used to be to dig through 1,000's of boxes of rejected parts to find parts i think that can be fixed. Now I teach other, younger engineers how to do this.
A typical Boeing 777 engine has over 1,300 hot section airfoils in it with an average replacement value of over $7,000 each and these all have to be repaired or replaced every 2 - 5 years, so you don't have to save too many to save airlines a ton of money.

Kinda just bummed around from 16 to 18, as most do. Monday I start working at EFCO with my dad. They make the concrete/rebar forms for buildings, stadiums, bridges, etc. EFCO helped build the One World Trade Center.
