It's been rough getting anything done in the past few weeks I haven't had time for anything. Today I did some small stuff tho worked on a couple of the tool box doors E-coated my new rockers for the Duramax and the one for the crew cab. With the days getting so much shorter not having a real garage is killing me and I'm starting to think about the inevitable.... winter! So I rearranged the yard and dug out the plows. Wow it hurts to say that! Anyhow I installed the wireless remote in the Duramax and permanently stole the fish stick for the crew cab. I installed both plows made shore everything is still working. I never really went over the Western because well it was unbelievable cheep and I just figured it probably needs. Well yeah but not to bad the cutting edge is worn and the mole board is even worn on one side it also had 2 right side lights so keeping with the old school work truck looks I'm going for I put a set of nos antique plow lights on it I think it will look cool when it's all done with round truck lights

So today it's cold and raining here. Now I'm wishing I had done firewood yesterday just can't win. I may be going to a private junk yard on the other side of Jersey today a friend of a friend has several of these trucks for parts. I've been there once yesterday I talked to him about going back today I'm just waiting for him to call

Tonight in my 20 minutes of daylight after work I managed to get the heater controls working so that's 1 less thing to worry about. Turns out the stunad I bought it from cut the vacuum line to the cab off so it was a surprisingly quick fix. Of course it brought me to the next problem the blower doesn't work on hi. Maybe tomorrow night I'll figure that out. If I remember right hi is a separate circuit? Anyway if I get one thing done a day I should be driving it soon.

In order to finish the truck or any of the G-bodys I need to generate some cash so I went to work on my daily driver getting it ready for sale first order of business fix the rusty rockers. I got slip on off eBay and cut apart the drivers side yesterday but I lost temp for the panel adhesive so I ground it out and fit the part so I could glue it on this morning. Well it rained! I've never had this problem before I always had a shop to work in so now what? I guess I'll give it an hour to clear up blow it off and grind it out again this sucks! Oh well I'm done ranting.i guess I'm just aggravated I'M not working on my crew cab. I do have some good news tho a good friend of mine got me nos GM rear doors for it out of a barn Still in the boxes I can't wait to see them, hell paint and build them. That's another thing the coast of materials. I'm thinking about using paint and clear off eBay but I never used it before
