I hear that! I got my heads taped up, just need a final wipe down and paint.

With the sale of the Toreass today I was obligated to put the car seats back into the wagon. Oh darn.

adjusted TV cable on th200m, shifts better, was previously adjusted all the way "loose/shitty shift mode"? Is that one t or two?

I bought a battery charger for it and started charging the battery.

Got all the body mount bolts out in one piece!!!!!!!!

According to the VIN, a 229. It has a newly built, never-fired 1970 suffix code 350 in it ....well for a little bit longer anyway.

Picked this beauty up from the machine shop. Boy, look at all that flash rust. 'swhat happens when you hafta wait a week to pick it up. Cam bearings are installed correctly, so that's good. Gonna be about another two weeks before I can order more parts. It sucks, but everytime I stare at that 8.5 sitting in my garage, I remember this car is gonna be more kickass than ever. Plus I tested out my hone, kinda weird that a 3.75 inch hone is a snug fit in a 3.8 bore... Oh well. I've never used one before and I made a derpy 5 second test pass in one cylinder and it came out with almost a perfect pattern. The bore were great on the engine tbh, just knocking the very mild glaze off. Plus I gotta clean up the jagged edges in the lifter valley and other places as well. This is gonna be sweet.

Well yesterday I got my heads setup outside for prime, color and clear. They look swell I think...

Today I've been neurotically sanding down the casting flash on the valve covers!!! Too many rough spots for me to just paint and bolt on, so I've gotta tweak 'em a bit! So yeah...I need to see a professional about not leaving stuff be !!!!
