And they don't have a problem with you working on the car there?
No, they are nice Christian folk. My payment is automatic every month. I have this unit plus a 5x10 full of parts so I'm well liked. I don't spray paint, I keep things clean and I keep the noise down.

Good to know. Trying to figure out where to work on my Cutlass and what little looking I have done at storage units, they don't seem to open to actually working on vehicles there. How is the 10 x 25 for working space? I would guess that it would be a little tight on the sides...

It's ok but it's tight side to side with these long doors. When I rented it, I wanted desperately to get the car out of the weather. I never dreamed I would dig into it this much at the time. I'm on the waiting list for a 14'x30' but I'm pushing ahead as is. My unit has electricity which is a big help. Working on the car is technically against the rules but we have an understanding.

If you think your firewall dose not look good enough look at a picture of mine! Looks ten times better than it did. I wish I had your patience for the little things, it really pays off.

Yeah you do lol! I saw the GP and the "parts" room and it looks like a well organized stockpile of G body goodies!

As Scott knows, I have most everything to put this car back together. I don't know about organized. I couldn't find my wiper motor for the life of me. I finally found it in the trunk of the car. I like to call the 5x10 storage the "War Chest".

Thanks Zach. I appreciate the kind words. I'm a perfectionist at heart so it's been really difficult for me to deal with not blowing this thing completely apart and doing a build like the Camaro. The thing is I don't want to work on it for 10+ years. When I bought it I was under the delusion that I was going to drive it and do little projects. I'm trying to chart a "middle" course.
