will these striker bolts fit my 1983 monte carlo ss?

They will thread in no problem, however you might need additional washers to ensure the depth is correct. I have ring brothers strikers to install on my Cutlass, and additional stainless washers if need be as well as rubber washers glued to one of said washers to create a seal and prevent water from getting in there.

Does what look ok? If you mean the link you posted, yes they will work.

If you mean how I setup the spacer washers with rubber attached, I'm sure they will look fine but won't know 100% until my car comes home from paint and I install them.

Hmmm, that's weird. I installed my Ring Bros strikers a couple weeks ago and they work like the OE units. Maybe check the threads on the plates inside the jambs and make sure nothing is preventing the install.
