Welcome to the site, Paul.
Looks like you found a nice clean example. Sometimes it's worth traveling out of state to find the right car. Good luck with it! It should be a nice cruiser with the 403.

Welcome to the forum. Looks like you found a really clean Cutlass. If you need help with anything, just ask. There's a lot of skill and knowledge on here.

What are your long term plans for the car?

Welcome from MD. I too have a soft spot for the 87

Glad to hear it's staying Olds. A 403 should make that a fun ride. Look forward to seeing the progress.

The goal is to have the car on the road by May to hopefully drive it to the Oldsmobile show here in Mass on May 20th. I still have alot to do. I have to figure out a kick down switch for the th400 transmission, a crossmember and a exhaust. I searched all around for a clean cutlass it could use a paint job at some point. The plan for this car is basically to be loud, fun to drive and horrible on gas.

Welcome Paul; I love the steering wheel & horn button. And I would suggest you buy a after market X member as in the future you will be adding HP, cam, headers & what not. The extra beef of an after market unit will help reduce flex. You only buy one X member once. Take care & good luck, Ole' Bob.

I saw the button online for $16 So I had to order it. I already a bunch of stuff for the car new radiator and hoses a set of springs for the front end. I hope to be able to use the headers the 403 had on it when it was in the trans am. If not I'll be shopping for a set
