Started on my frame repair on the bonneville. Cut out the rust and fitted some washers. Next Saturday I’ll weld them in..timo22

Today (saturday) was a good car day. After 3 years, I finally made my choke work after scoring a three wire, two female terminal oil pressure switch connector off a 3.8 at a local junkyard, installed the elusive Buick 350 4 barrel+kickdown throttle cable bracket, hooked up my kickdown cable, and cleaned up some of the wiring in the engine compartment. The air doors on the qjet have damp spots on top near the gas holes, and the car stumbles when floored, so that leads me to believe the air doors are a skosh too tight. They feel a bit tight as well. Nothing that can't be addressed. The kickdown cable needs adjusted maybe a 1/16 inch tighter as well. Really productive Saturday I'd say. Late saturday night me and a buddy went cruisin around downtown des moines annoying all the tuner kids and watching drunk people stumble into each other.

Look goods but should use the starter bolts with the knurl unless the bolts you used came with the starter.
thats the bolts that came with it. figured they should be good if they came with it. this thing has more torque that the summit one thats for sure. going to try to use a 70 plastic flex plate dust cover.
