When you have a 40 year old truck, loaded with big giant heavy crap, eben the stupid people generally stay out of your way.

At 5:30 today this load drove through most of the major Atlanta highways going between 50 and 55mph top speed.

You'd think you'd get run over, but even the 16 wheelers give a wide berth

Looked over the window regulators in the parts doors for you.

On the driver sides 1 was bent, the other 2 had stripped splines for the crank attachment.

If you want I have nice passenger side. it looks like that crank portion is held on by 3 rivets. If you want to try drilling out and repairing the drivers side using the shaft off the passenger one Id send you the pair for $20+the ride.

If not, no big deal. The doors were getting broken down anyways

Well guys I did it I hacked the dash and put a radio in the truck I'll get pictures when it's done but I finally have tunes! Still have some work to do on it but it should be pretty good for a low buck system most of the components are used that I pulled from impounded cars going to the scrap yard or stuff I had in my garage attic heresh a picture of the amps I'm using.

I'll get some pictures of the other stuff as I modify it for fit. Remember this is a use what you have project so far I bought a $30 pair of 4" dash speakers and I think I'm going to buy some cheap 6.5s for the rear doors and kick panels this is the deck I went with because it was free and it's the correct one for the TV

I pulled it from a junk Honda as it left the shop for the crusher. Some of the parts are cheap junk but so far everything works. I'm going to use the 600w kenwood for my 2 12" subs and the pyramid 240w for the kick panels. The ugly purple kenwood is a 4 Channel so 2 channels will do the rear doors and the other 2 will be on a switch to a set of marine speakers in the bed for when I'm working. I ran the regular speaker wires off of the radio to a pair of 6x9s in the cab corners and the $30 4" pioneers in the dash where it had 1 4x10. As I've said before wiring is not my forte! Right wrong or indifferent I'm going to put it all in and get it done.
