Begal- I was a Steward too- and still feel the endless headache that comes with that. Without the NALC we would be on welfare. If you ever have to go to the dark side- remember where you came from!

Wowsa! This thread has become like a group therapy session.. I guess it is good therapy to talk about what ails us.

Jack- it's because most of us here are pretty long in the tooth. And we are still playing with cars?!?

Lots suck as we get old but it beats the alternative
I was told of options for my back and decided on losing weight and core exercise
Am at several months with no events
Longest in 5 years
Genes play a huge role in our health but I am a believer in our destiny and as tough as it is to get up and work out, watch our diet, I want to continue to mess with my ride and be a cool grandpa
I feel with each and every one of you and I deal with people who have issues every day so all I have to say is I wish the best for all of you
Us old farts on the GBody crew have to stick together and be there for the next generation

Cheers

You guys actually got me concerned enough to look at my knee that's been bothering me for the last few months. I thought it was just runners knee/ tendonitis, but, nope, there's a knot on my knee cap. Guess I'll be looking for a knee doc tomorrow.

As you get older we all get our aches and pains ,But we have the multiple experiences on how to do things. And become even more devious as well. How you get better .Good luck to you.

And to add insult to injury, I drove a rental car last week and flipped on the radio. Enjoyed a tune by the Cars, brought me back to my senior year in high school. Then the station ID came on - '98.5 - All Your Favorite Oldies'...AHHHHHHHHRRRRRGHHH!!!!!

Well if any of you actually get yourselves to the Doctor then my goal was accomplished. I am the absolute worst at that and I am paying the price now. I can do stuff but I have to hold my gut in with my hand and THINK about what I am going to do next. What a concept!
