Thats they it is up here..And still is. I haven`t had go though emissions since..So I can do what I want. I was thinking at the time what would happened if I would of put my 1979 Z-28 RS when I finished my 377 Supercharged small block through their dyno .If it would of fried it. Even if I had leaned it down to possibly pass.

I flew into LAX a couple of times in the 80's to work on an aircraft testing for it's certification in Mojave Desert. You could see the brown mushroom that covered LA back then when you flew in. Cars are not the major source of pollution but cars are the easiest targets.
