I just had my car painted and need new chrome bumpers. does anyone have a pic of the reproduction ones? The description for them says there was a change on the center bend. I'm curious if there's a noticeable difference.

Just a thought, you should look into chrome wrap, I've seen it done and can't tell if it's real chrome or fake chrome
and you can also get color chrome wrap to match the color of the car.

I'm sure you thought of this, but you could paint them body color, too.

Nice, Your car looks exactly like what I want to do to mine. Yes, I've been back and forth on it. I was debating removing rub strip and filling holes also. my car is silver too.

I did remove the bumperettes, and filled the holes for them on the rear bumper. At any rate, it's a much cheaper solution than re-chroming, and since Grand National bumpers are painted, why not on regular Regals?

I'm curious if the 84 painted bumpers bolt up to the 82 front end with no issues. I want to ditch my chromes and go all white with my Regal.

All coupe style 81-87 bumpers bolt right up, chrome or painted, also full steel, export steel, or aluminum reinforcements. Just needs to be 2 dr, rwd version 81-87
