Hey guys, I bought these cheap boxes on a whim. Just wondering if anyone has used them on their taillights for sequential turn signal operation, if they work and do they hold up? Would be going on my 78 malibu with incandescent bulbs.
In addition to that, I saw this on one of the numerous identical looking listings:Like to see how this plays out... with the 1979 tail light housing having only two seperate brake/running lights on the outside with a backup light one in the middle, this wont exactly show sequencial, in a sense as if you had three directly in a row, ie, the newer mustang tail lights.
You could go this route...
If you solve this for the 1978 lamp assemblies, likely will also solve the fitment to the 1979-80 lamps as well. Problem is the reverse light in the middle. After doing some lQQking around, im not sure if '81 malibu tail lights would fit the same as the '78, if so, you could go this route...
