Finally got around to installing the headers yesterday. The passenger side slid into place no problems at all. A little tight but no big deal. The passenger side I had a bit of trouble with starter clearance but I did expect it since it's the Powermaster 9610 i'm using and not the 9510 that...

UPS dropped off the correct headers to me yesterday and I want to give a big thanks to Nick @ ARH for some of the best customer service i've ever seen.

Pretty much identical heads other then port sizes

I'd say Nick knows the market for them. He used to work for Kook's which is where Dick Miller got the jig's from for the headers. Don't quote me on this stuff, my memory isn't the best at times LOL

I ran 235/70's on the front, 275/60's on the rear.

I know ppl have different taste but i can't do those big wheel cars

I sent a couple pics to Nick and he confirmed that they are A-Body headers.

That's what Nick is leaning towards with mine...being sent an A-body set instead of G-Body. I've heard from a couple others about the transmission issue.

After speaking with Nick on the phone (who is fantastic to deal with btw) he's leaning towards being shipped a wrong set of headers. He said he's never run into the issue I described to him before.

I didn't try this yet, was waiting to hear some responses from others first

Who's running 1 7/8" AHR's in their GBody? After posting on another forum a couple people said they had to trim the bellhousing but I can't even get mine up far enough to see if the trans. is going to be an issue. The rear lower control arm brackets on both side are causing a big...

I had Flowtechs on my car for about 8 years or so. Don't expect them to fit without issues. Like mentioned its all part of buying cheap although this weekend I tried to install my American Racing Headers and they wouldn't go on for me either. :cry:

Like mentioned above they will fit and work but not the best choice. My recommendation would be look for an older set...5, 6, 7 or 7A's.

i'd think a 150 shot SHOULD get you there if you'll be in the high 11 range
