We have a materialistic judgemental society. Most use material as a "social status".
Some of us still operate on necessity and run what we have, nothing fancy because no need. Keep them going and no car payments too. 🙂
Me and my woman drove into the Florida Keys earlier and got to the spot I reserved a while back. Ate some dinner now time to sit back and relax.

When we were in Baghdad one of the guys in the markets there was offering to trade five women he "had" for four goats. We were down in the green zone, was pretty interesting to see that one.
I've seen stuff on facebook marketplace posted where the person is trying to trade for chickens, horses, cows, and others. It's entertainment at this point.
Not too bad for a junkyard freebie, had a chance to get into it. Needed a new O-Ring on the cylinder and just clean up in general. Greased the front wheel bushings and riveted a plate of aluminum behind the plastic cover to protect it from getting broken. Should come in handy.
I think it was like the 4L60/E.. 1991 was the first year and the E model was 1992, I just know everything I've seen said 1991 was when it was out from GM.
