If you cant get a job any of the places you've applied you should look into what you yourself can improve upon.
Those places you've applied often hire almost retards. Being not a retard there is something else you're doing wrong..
Not to bring you down but i think you will be surprised what rust is hiding in all sorts of places in a car with floorboards like these.
Ask me how i know. Im rebuilding my 3'rd gbody. It's never just the floorboards.
Nice project. And definitely a cool combo of tils steering and bucket seats.
Did quite a bit of research on this. I will be running 255 tires on 8.5x17 up fromt with 7 inches backspace. And 275 tires on 9.5x17 in the rear with 7.5 backspacing. Obviously backspacing on these wheels is wrong and according to my research i will need 2.5" adapters up front, and 3" in the...
Soon, when the batteries get better, we'll be dinosaurs.
Kids dont care about exhaust note. ANd those who do will satisfy with the fake noises pumped into the cabin through the speakers. As fake is their online personas, friends and relationships.
The newer generation will be more than happy...
From what i can gather, swapping in LS engines in a gbody that has the big AC box still in place, the #8 coil hits the box.
But is that the case if you swap in the 97-98 LS1 that has no coil bracket and from what i can see is closer to the valvecover with the #8 coil flipped horizontally...
FYI
The batwing pan that comes stock on 97-04 corvettes does not mate on the driver side with Pacestter longtube headers for fbody camaro trans am.
The kick out of the pan hits the number 2 cylinder exhaust pipe.
Can be fixed by cutting of almost all of the kickout and welding it shut. If you...
Well, i have one for a 3rd gen base firebird but without the pitman arm.. could i swap that over from the second gen?
I eill msot likely be running wide c4 swablade rims so decreased turning radius might not be a bad thing!
On a rustfree car with bo bolt breaking, using a 2 post lift, it can be done in an hour.
On a garagefloor, with all bomts breaking, you might as well take a loan in the house and do a full teardown and rebuild while LS swapping it!
Then it makes more sense to me. How is the NVH(nouse vibration and harshness) after you installed them?
I might consider them as i just spent 3 hours taking one apart and havent installed new bushings yet. Im guessing the second one will cause me just as much grief to disassemble.
I have had both x and h on 2 different el caminos.. The H was a 305 engine putting out 230hp at the crank. Sounded godly with unkown flowmasters on.
The x was a 350 with 320hp. It didnt sound nearly as good. But i used hooker aero chamber flowthrough mufflers on that one so that also changes...
