cutting 3 sides of the floor where the bolt is would be better than a hole saw, more work, but then you have a tab you can bend back down and weld back in. trying to weld the cut out from the hole saw might be a pain

okay, so I'm narrowing a ford rear to put in the monte, because 750 is just entirely too much to spend on just a housing and axels without a third member etc. Who sells stock style aftermarket mounts that I can weld on and bolt the rear end in stock location. The cheaper the better, saves...

the turbo motor has forged internal if i recall. The non turbo engine dosen't.

I don't want to be the one to debunk your dads research, but its been proven on a dyno. Ig that wasnt enough put a piece of pipe on your mouth thats the same size of your mouth and exhale hard, then do it with a pipe twice the size of the opening and see which has less resistance / restriction...

I was being not serious about blowing holes in the floors for the seat in a literal sense, but I was trying to avoid having to cut and weld in mounts etc. Thanks for the good info about the bench seat cars, I'm honestly not sure which seats were in the car, I guess I better look it over more...

Probabaly a miracle looking for a bolt in swap thats not from a gbody, but is anything even close? Car has no seats in it and I'd perfer not to punch holes in the floor and mount random seats if there is a better way. I tried to search but phpbb horrible for search lol. Thoughts? pics? discuss.

Like an oval car, used the metal tab style mounts for the motor. this pic might help onlything i have at the moment. The car is caged and much faster now. put down a 6.95 1/8th on a slightly better motor with a 4.10 rear Basically its just welded mounts. Ideally id like the motor back atleast...

sbc mustang is fun. Cam only 350 went 12.09 with 2.73 gears lol.

just go thru insurance. if it was a little scuff, not dealing with insurance is always the best way, but for something like that just do it. if she tells her insurance you demanded 3k, they might think your money hungry and drag it along.

we got 12 - 15'' and its still snowing about half inch to an inch an hour this is the first real snow of the winter for us

which speedo gear is in the transmission? if its not the proper one for 2.29s and your tire size, your speedo was off, probabaly by alot.

it dosent have a title, its not even worth the current bid on it. Street stock or strip car.
