Could it be possible that the bottom bolt is not seating all the way down? How is the cavity where it bolts in? Sometimes you might think it flush but its not and might be caked in there with dirt etc... I had the same issues in trying to figure out a leak in my one of my unit's hummer, and...

WOW.... This is a great build. That color came out nice. This is a good start to finish thread with a lot of pictures. I just wished I had the time and especially space to do that kind of work. Hopefully here sometime in the near future I will have my OWN place to be able to. Great job...

Sorry I am wanting to do the front upper and lower control arms. I have the replacement arms with the bushings and tie rod ends already installed. Just want to safely do the job with the pressure of the front spring not being to much of a factor.
