I disagree with that statement due to my own experience -- if the Road Force Balance of a wheel/tire combination is off, vibrations will rise as speed rises.

Depends on the fault ... maybe there is a problem with the Brake wire -- from the Brake Switch -- in the connector between the Turn Signal Switch [Harness] and the Body Harness. Maybe the "Brake Light" contacts in the Turn Signal Switch itself are worn-out so they are no longer conducting...

I'm with melloelky about emissions ... if you look at any of the fine print for carburetors and fuel injection setups they offer, those devices are supposed to only be sold if the buyer will be using the device for racing or offroad use -- they are not road-legal for emissions-controlled...
