I used a fleabay el camino clutch petal with a tick master to put the t56 in my ss. I had to weld a extra braket for adjustment befor i bought the tick setup. It works like a champ!! If i had bought the tick setup first it would have worked without the extra braket. You just have to reinforce...

Now it drives like a whole different car!! I think next im going with a 9in with weld on brackets. Idk if the 8.2 will hold up to a built 5.7 turbo motor ive been planning! Thanks again John

Thats why i ask yall!! Might as well go to the experts!! Drivers side lower rear. Weld across the top of the bracket is broken and the brace is cracked all the way through!! Ill get a pic and post it for everybody else thats got gremlins! Thanks John

Ive gotten my 86ss with lm7 t56 glass hood down to 3127 lbs. Hit the dyno for some tuning last week come up with 308hp and 349 tq at the wheels. Fun ride!!

Does anyone have a source for the grommet under the heater box for the ecm wiring harness? This is on a 86 ss

Ive got the whole assembly removed from my 86 ss. Ive also got a new set of rubbers for it. Ive got about $160 in the rubbers make a offer on the rest. In good operating shape. Itll have to be shipped from 35131 Thanks John

Ok so they need to be turned? Ive got the dash pulled out installing a vintage air unit but it turns out i have a lot less space than i thought! Ive just got to get this panel off to connect the vents. Thanks

Im trying to get the woodgrain dash plate on the pass side of my 86 ss. It seems to have a clip of some sort in about the center but it dont seem to loosen it up much. Any help would be welcome i dont want to break it its in good condition! Thanks
