well like I said I just put new brakes on the front but if you still have them in a couple of months let me know hopefully I will have room in the budget then

(Pontiacgp) you were absolutely right the aircleaner flap was stuck and (Jeff L) you were also right I have narrowed the bucking down to the transmission because it only does it in first gear.

ive been running out of ideas so today I flipped the air cleaner lid and it made a world of difference if in cruising at 55 and punch it it kicks down and pulls without surging but its still not completely fixed because its still garbage from a dead stop anybody have an idea why the hell this helped
ok i attempted to calibrate my tps I adjusted it to spec .37 to .43 volts at idle the book also says it should read at leat 4 volts at wot however mine is only reading 3.3 does this mean my new tps is also bad
I'm running a 200 metric 3 speed with a lockup converter but I do not believe its functioning correctly could it cause these symptoms if it were constantly locking and unlocking under wot
I replaced the entire ignition system except for the module about a week ago the pump is brand new put it on about 4 hours ago so its providing sufficient flow
well its been a while but since my last post ive checked the fuel sock in the tank every inch of line and replaced the pump to no avail ive installed a new tps and have ordered a tool to adjust it ill see if that helps, could this possibly be timing or carbon buildup on the back of the valves...
