Some one bought me this card for a Martin's store in my state but it is the wrong card. This is for MARTIN'S FOODS...anyone that could use it feel free to let me know and I will mail it to you. It has $50 on it first PM gets it. The states where the stores are is shown as well as the card.
Hey everybody. Been gone for awhile but got my Hurst up and running. Lost a rod last fall,cracked the block and bent the crank. Installed a Olds 427 stroker and an Extreme automatics 2004r. Have a few small loose ends to take care of but did get some wheel time. Here are a few pics.
Have 2 of these out of both 84' Hursts I own. They don't work but if someone wants them I will send them to you for just shipping cost or I can just pull the buttons and knobs off of them for you as it seems people are looking for the knobs for originality. Who ever PM's me first is welcome to them.
Can someone tell me what the green connector at the end of my test probe is and also should my choke close all the way...what you see is as far as it goes. Wants to idle high even after it's warm. Linkage seems fooooked up.
Just bought another 84' Hurst last week. Has new door window seals on both sides. Drivers side is jacked up...I have gaps where the window seals meet the window. I know how to adjust everything but I don't think that will do it for me. I think the majority of the problem is dry and weak sweeps...

Trying to put on the front steering parts,can't get the center drag link on without it being bound up...can't manipulate it in without 2 people.Should I carry on and put it in...can't get the joints to move,have everything ready.
Can anyone tell me where the rubber mount goes...I'm assuming it goes inbetween the open area in the frame mount but don't see a benefit since it is crushed after tightening it.These are from a Buick V6 car.Installing a 2004r crossmember out of a Hurst I modified for duals about 25 years...
Anyone know the torque specs for the front upper shock bolt...did a search and couldn't find anything printed just word of mouth...putting on some new KYB's. Thanks
Asked before about this but couldn't find the thread....I need pics of the spring compressors to do front springs on a bare frame...someone had the threaded rod with brackets the go where the shock would mount to put them in...think he was a guy from Canada,my buddy that was supposed to help me...
Kid doesn't want a hitch on his Cutlass...anyone have a pic of where to weld in a brace between the rear frame rails? Was thinking a 2x2 piece of tube steel...putting a fuel cell in the trunk so should be plenty of room.
Anyone know a Moog part # for the carrier bushings for an 8.5 g body rearend...rock autos listings say everything except Hurst and its a Hurst rearend and Oreilly auto is baffled...tried to find a Moog # for them...I thought all g body rearends took the same bushing...have Energy Suspension...
Anyone have a pic of the bolts and or nuts and washers to mount the front sway bar to the bottom of the front of the frame...took the car apart a couple summers ago and not sure what ones to use. The front suspension looks great...would like to post pics but can't load them anymore.
Doing a 3.8 to Olds 350 swap.Going to use a turbo 350.Probably around 350 horsepower.Will the smaller diameter drive shaft from the v6 be strong enough?I have another v8 drive shaft that is larger but it is an inch shorter from a 8.5 rearend car.The car I'm working on is a 7.5 rearend.
