I am not looking to lower the car. I am looking to around the ride because I have old shocks and springs. So my Camino with the big block is more bouncy.
Hello Gbody forum
I am finally upgrading my front suspension. I have a 402 big block and everything suspension in the front is stock. I was considering doing a coilover setup with the tubular A arm I got from UMI. Was wondering if I should do it or not. I do not drag or autocross my car. I only...
I have new two tone side molding and was wondering how to remove them. I talked to a body guy I'm friendly with and he said the one piece for the door you need to remove the door panel to remove the chromish molding.
I just watched online an episode of Overhaulin with an older gentlemans 1982 Chevy El Camino. They turned the from of it into a camaro front from the 60's. They did the same to the rear with the lights in the tailgate. Its an interesting modification they did to it. From a scale from 0-10 I'd...
I went in 2009 when they had the 50th anniversary of the El Camino. They parked all the cars by year, make, and model. Since then I have not been back like I want to. So was not sure how things might have changed. If you wanted to get more gbodies from this forum/club. Try starting early. That...
I am looking for tubular a arms and I have 4 different companies in mind I was debating about.
UMI Performance, Spohn performance, global west and trz. what one do you recommend? The tubular a arms are going to be going on my big block 86 El Camino. My El Camino is a cruiser and not a road or...
Question about Carlisle pa show. How did they park us? I know the show is parked by year, make, and model. So how did they allow us to park together if they did?
asking chevy to make an El Camino is like trying to get Ford to make a Bronco. Does not seem to happen even with the demand being there. Also any old car that is being reintroduced like the El Camino will be butchered.
Yeah I have seen them. We sell them at the Pep Boys I work at. I am really looking for a bigger socket holder that can hold a lot more sockets. That way I can conserve space
I own the 209 piece craftman socket set. I wanted to know if anyone knows of a place that sells a socket holder that can hold most if not all the sockets in my set. I would say around 200 or so sockets.
Thanks
Re: 81 Century/GN Wagon Update 6/17/14 Chassis assembly!!!
Its all good man. I'm just busting your chops .it's always better to take your time and do things right the first time then having to go back and do it again because you half assed it.
Re: 81 Century/GN Wagon Update 6/17/14 Chassis assembly!!!
Finally your getting some progress on the wagon! Maybe in 2016 we can finally cruise together!
I have been going to this show for the last 4 years. This show is not your typical muscle car show. This gets all different types of cars from imports, lowrider trucks, lifted trucks and muscle cars. This show easily get over 300 cars. I would love to get a group together and cruise down to the...
The picture above show the lower side molding. I am looking for the front wheel well that extends the whole length of the fender. I found multiple places to buy the rear wheel well, but not one place that sells the front. Anyone know were to buy it?
