Like the title says, is there a big advantage running e85 instead of regular gasoline? And if I decided to run e85 will I have to stick to running it daily or can I also use gasoline from time to time?

Im in the process of doing a ls swap and I want to go twin turbo with the forward facing turbo headers..my question is..is there anyone that's ruining the low mount a/c and alternator?
Well I plan on upgrading my suspension anyway. But the engine is a 6.0 truck engine that I'm stroking to a 402 I want to get some lsa heads but I might settle for some ported ls3 heads, and in topping it off with a zl1/lsa supercharger
The only problem I have with a turbo is my fabrication skills, and nobody around me is willing to do it. Secondly an engine builder told me anything under 900hp go with a supercharger and anything higher go turbo
I thought going with a lsa supercharger on my 6.0 will be cheaper than a procharger kit but after talking to guys that did the swap and talking to some vendors that sell complete supercharger kits it cost about the same or maybe a little more..a complete lsa kit cost $5400 I can get a procharger...
Im really interested in this setup for my swap, and was wondering how must power can a 6.0 put down with ported heads, cam and a lsa supercharger? i've been searching around and the supercharger is inexpensive
