so after some crazy troubleshooting, I found what I suspect to be my short. its ether my ignition switch or somewhere between there an my cluster, does anyone have a copy of the pin-out for the ignition switch wiring?

so I assume that means my fault is somewhere before the cluster? between the fuse and the cluster connection also drogg1 I thought that was the case would you by chance know where I would find the oil pressure sensor on my 305?

apologies on that one, and that is exactly what I'm seeing now, when the cluster is removed IGN 1 and Gauges fuse no longer blow but I'm not sure if that means my gauge cluster is the suspect of my short?

the car doesn't have the optional gauge package, its only got warning lights for Oil Pressure, Temp and Voltage. only actual gauge is for fuel (thus the 10 AMP fuse) I'm suspecting after some digging previous owner rigged up a new temp sensor (1 terminal) and it may be shorting.
