Got her running good.
Trans sucks but at least she's a driving project now.
I discovered why the 350 that was in it was ticking.
Also found out that it's a4 bolt. So happy day
****in hell. So the intake manifold was leaking so I swapped it out for the one one. Should be done tomorrow.
Got the new upper for hinges installed and the doors close like butter now.
Should be able to start sanding and fixing the body next week.
Who ever "restored" it was playing sh*t charades with the wiring harness. So it took for ever to find the make shift wire connecting the battery to the distributor.
I should have her on the road tomorrow, then I'll start the body work.
Ok so I got it started and running, then I decided to touch up the install and re route everything so it looks nice and neat. Not I got no ****in spark.
Bruh....
I'm gonna tackle this tomorrow. Almost ready to go back on the street.
Ok the shorty headers didn't fit so I got long tube headers which are ceramic coated.
I got the motor in but when I turn the key I get nothing. So I'll be digging about wires tomorrow until I get the starter to engage.

I have a78 el camino shell that's going to the crusher in less than a month. I'm in oregon. If you want it I'll do 100 bucks with the title. Just the rolling shell. I'm scavenging most the parts from it. You could also have the windshield.
