Does anyone know a shop that you can trust to build a Muncie 4 speed around the Atlanta area. I think my El Camino would be happier with a four speed.

I found it!! Believe it or not, the ground wire to the blower fan was not making good contact. I did not know that ground also is the ground for you wipers. Duh! Still figuring out why the radio is not getting power. Peogress..

This little black box is located under the hood on the passenger fender. What is it for, what does it do? Do they ever need repair, like cause your accessories not to work? Maybe a dumb question but I cannot find a photo or anything on the web about it.

All I wanted to do was install Autometer gauges in my El Camino. Pulled the dash cluster found the wires for each gauge and dash lights after some help here on the forum. The numbered diagram was a great help. Many thanks. So with the cluster out I now have no power to the accessory side of the...
Still stuck, I just checked the fuse links at the starter. Not the problem power on all. Have checked all fuses in the fuse box ( all good). Still nothing on the accessory position. No radio no, heater blower. Is there another fuse or relay that I am missing. Does anyone know a good automotive...
If you just installing the plug you do not have to remove the head. It is on the top back of the block behind the distributor on all the small block chevys I have built. Might have to pull the distributor to get to it.
Still in the electrical hell! Keep coming us with new problems. I hate electrical!! With my gauge cluster out while replacing them with Autometer gauges I notice that my radio and other accessories do not receive power. This is regardless of the key in the run position or in the accessory...
Changing out my gauges and came up with an extra plug that I cannot figure out what it is for. I am going to try to attach a photo and maybe someone can tell me what it is for. I do not remember unplugging it when I pulled the gauge cluster but I am OLD!
