Afrer installing my euro front clip, all of the lights come on when I hit the brake pedal. Front bliker lights and even my interior lights. My blinker switch works fine with the lights are off, but when on, they don’t function. Anyone out there have experience with this or a similar issue?

I currently have an LS swap with aftermarket gauges- oil, battery and temp. I just got a rally pac cluster. Can I simply cut the wires from the gauges I have working now and splice them into the rally cluster? Also, how would I get the tachometer to work on a 4l60e? Engine is a 2005 5.3...
