best way I have found is use a piece of string or light guage wire and tape it to the old cable then pull it thru the firewall tape it up to the new cable and pull it right back into place like 5 min or less... if you just pull it out you will play hell getting it back in thru all the nooks and...
hey I have spent the last couple of hours searching and found lots about the other g-dodies but nothing about the malibus. I have a 78 landau malibu with the 1/4 vinyl top and would like to remove it but do not know what is involved and I can not wait for parts since this is my DD. So here goes...
