if you use steel whool and brake cleaner/degreaser they should come out nice. make sure you coat them after their clean so the rust doesn't come back. i prefer to use a wax but some use clearcoat in can.

no you dont have to modify the seat the notch or bridge goes in the raised area behind the trunk.you haev to sheetmetal it back in but unless you open the trunk no one can tell its there.

I am right in the middle of bagging my monte. i am trying to tuck 20"s. you need a drop spindle in the front and trim the spring cup and inner fender. the rear you need to notch the rear frame or run a bridge. the bag setup is pretty straight forward with s10 cups all the way around

i have very large magnet 3" 2-way speakers and cannot figurenout how to get them in the front pods. the dash is much too close to the windshield. any ideas or do i have to wait till i put in a new windshield?

what is in the way on the front speakers? I have orion 3" 2-ways but they have a huge magnet so I am worried about the hole not being deep enough. I really want to use them and will modify the dash if I have to, to make them work.

thanks a bunch. I would thinka camaro head would flow much better than an old pickup. but thats why i asked. I also thought most pre 85 heads would fit any block as long as they were sbc. didn't know how many cubes mattered.

I got a weird question. if i put 305 camaro heads on a 350 truck motor will it raise my compression ratio? block is 75 truck, heads are 89 camaro. the motor with a 700r4 from said camaro is going in an 86 toyota pickup. gotta love the projects :D
