I recently picked up a 85 cutlass rally cluster.Unknown condition . Is there anyway to bench test to see if this cluster works

I went to a show on sunday and I couldn't pass up this photo op. This is my 1978 Olds and a 1902 Olds. The owner drove the 1902 about 10 miles from his shop to the show. This truely one of the most interesting cars I have ever come across.
