If you are insistent on 1.75" headers that work with 4 speed without mods, then Doug's is probably your best bet. They claim they clear everything, even the z bar.

I'd say all the filters that go in the pan are China made. Even WIX. If you want USA made you will likely have to install a remote spin on filter system.
