    Malibu on 18s! *pics*

When it tucked with my buddies standin on the bumper the tire just barely came into contact with the inner fender lip so I'm pretty sure it would tuck no prob with rolled fenders and dropped a bit. I'll take a pic of it tucked once I have someone to stand on the bumper again. The center caps...

I dig the look of your car too. Nice to see another member from the good ol evergreen state. Where exactly you from? I'm in Puyallup and have only seen a hand full of g-bodys around here. Thanks! Wish we were in the same boat. I'm torn between supercharging my current 355 and doin a muncie swap...

will 4speed linkage clear headers? pics?

I have a muncie and I found all the necessary swap parts locally on craigslist. My question is, does anyone know if the linkage on the engine side of the firewall will clear headers. I currently have mid length hedmans. Thanks for any input or pics you might have.

    Malibu on 18s! *pics*

Thanks for the kind words guys. I'm real happy with the wheels, and the Michelins stick like glue. I heard alot of conflicting opinions when it came to what bs works on our cars but I have no issues with this setup. I'm not running spacers although I have a set of 5/16" I might run up front...

    UPS "misplaced" my rear wheels

oh it gets better! I went and got tires mounted today on the 2 wheels I actually have. I walk into the shop to pick up my mounted wheels and tires and find a dent on the inside lip on one of the wheels. I argued with the shop staff for half an hour and then went to two other tire shops who all...

    UPS "misplaced" my rear wheels

So after the delivery of my new wheels got delayed two days because of the storms on the east coast, UPS assured me they would be here by 7pm yesterday. Well surprise surprise they didn't show up. After being assured again that I would have them by 7pm today, I waited around all day until 730...

    Malibu Dash Kits

The classic dash inserts are junk, I saw them in person at good guys nationals this summer. They use rivets to hold the two parts together and crack around each rivet. I personally feel like 300 bucks for a piece of cheap plastic is far from affordable. I've been working on own shadow box but if...

    Anybody used run flats? Opinions?

Well I'm already set on using the 275/40 Michelins on the rear since I already have em and they're the exact size I wanted to run in the first place. If I have to buy new for the front I'll probably go with Michelins so they match and I liked they how the full set felt on my buddies bmw I got...

    Anybody used run flats? Opinions?

The only reason I was considering these is because there $100 obo for the pair and they're still at about 90% tread left. I already got a pair of michelin pilot sports from my buddy for the rear, maybe I'll have to just nut up and buy a matching pair for the front. I was just tryin to get around...

    Anybody used run flats? Opinions?

I found a good deal on a pair of dunlop sp sport tires but there run flats which I have no experience with. Just wanted to see if any of you guys have used run flats or what your opinions of them are.

    78-80 Gbody with 18's

If they are in fact 8.5" I bet they fit no prob. As far as running a 225 on the front I think it would look too stretched. My brother ran 225/40 on a 18x7 and that was just right. With 8.5" wheels all around I'd go with 245/40 all around for both looks and so you could still rotate the tires...

Cant find power wire for stereo, anyone else?

That makes sense that I couldn't find it then lol, I was going off a regal diagram from turbobuick (all I could find at the time) that was obviously different from malibus. I think I'm going to end up just tapping into the cig lighter so I can minimize extra wires running through the engine bay...
