ect sensor

When cold starting my 1978 Cutlass Supreme... 4.3l 260 v8 engine... my Hot light comes on and stays on. I figured it was the ECT (engine coolant temperature ) sensor, I need to know its location. Is it the one in the intake manifold or the one behind the water pump? This is a picture of an Olds...
