quarter window

So I've dug through the threads and haven't really found what I need. I will be installing the quarter windows on my Cutlass once it leaves the paintshop. The question is what is the preferred method, or product to use to seal them up properly? From what I've read and video's I've watched...

We are trying to figure out how to put the quarter windows back into my 78, They have been out for a long time. Can anyone tell me what holds them in? Do they glue in from the inside, or from the outside? And do brackets hold them in? We have parts everywhere, but not sure where...
