MALIBU 03 monte carlo seat swap

I purchased a set of '03 Monte Carlo seats for my 79 Malibu it doesn't seem like the newer model Monte Carlo seats have threads to bolt to the G-Body seat tracks how would I go about mounting them. thanks

If their the same width as the Gbody tracks, can you just drill holes where they need to be? On my electric 96 Camaro seat I had to weld 1/8 X 1 inch bars to the seat track drilling holes where they needed to be
