I can without trim rings or center caps with slicks mounted. I also have one with an old radial mounted but might be buried in snow.

Does the rim have tabs on it to hold on the center cap?

On the style wheel you have shown, the center cap is attached with a machine screw through 3 of the 5 holes in the wheel to attach the center cap.

My brother had a 74 Cutlass with this style of wheel.

If I can remember, those older wheels may have issues with the front brakes on our cars. Kinda a drum brake wheel, 2nd gen A body.

those rims have no problem with our stock brakes. i have used them in the passed and present. they only came in 15x7 and compared to the gbody 442 rims, the off set is more positive but will clear frame and body work with 235/60/15 bfg tires.
