I was worried about those exhaust cutouts, the material seemed a bit light. But the bracing should do the trick. I have seen a much lighter one for race application, so i wouldn't worry about it too much.

Christ! Everyone is a bloody internet engineer, even the engineers! ;)

Yeah, it is tough to determine what is enough material and reinforcement to do the job from a series of napkin sketches. I could have walked into the Metal Supermarkets and bought a bunch of heavy plate and 2x3 box tube and built a straight up G-Force clone - but, that wasn't the goal. Just going through the exercise of designing and fabricating is satisfying - but, achieving most of your goals is gratifying.

Especially if it works! :D

Almost there... got all of the internal braces in. But, it has turned into a game of millimetres. Still have to double check cat fitment.
