So I have a 1981 Regal naturally aspirated V6. The car stalls when cold and gas is applied. It idles normal to slightly fast but it stalls when gas is applied. It gets better as it warms up however. For S and G, I disconnected the computer and the problem goes away. I get the CEL but the stall problem goes away. Unfortunately, I've thrown a few parts at it, including carb, computer, o2 sensors, plugs, wires, cap.. New gas tank and cleared fuel lines. I'm told it could be Throttle Position Sensor. Help.

Could be so many various things. To me it sounds like the carbs accelerator pump. When they go bad they do exactly this. i know you said you changed out the card, perhaps that one was used and had a bad accelerator pump too, its very common on these Rochester's.

Since the problem goes away when the computer is not in the loop, it makes me think it's one of the sensors. I will use the video for troubleshooting and see where it goes.
