On the 1984 Cutlass, rear lights, noticing what seems to be room for an "extra" light bulb.

Any clue what that is? (red arrow, top image) It's located at the bottom of the light casing.

Part of a "light group" option package?

I saw a post on this site I believe where some guy opened the hole and stuck another bulb in their tandem with the brake lights. Way nicer and brighter setup.
