As found. Looks like a 90s build for sure. I learned how to drive in a 83 grand prix. Lots of guys in high school drove G body cars like cutlass, malibu, regal etc. This car was originally black with red interior, 305 4spd auto with AC and cruise. History shows that the 3rd owner did the paint, installed the 400 sbc, 350th, a set of gears, and the rest of the custom stuff. Car was taken off the road a few years ago left outside in the elements for quite awhile. There is definitely water damage that will need to be fixed. We do not want it mint. We are happy with " better then it was".

The interior is in "ok" condition. A good cleaning and good to go. It will be removed to inspect the floors. The engine is coated in oil and looks like crap. We may just pull it and do a nice job cleaning it and painting it. We have a sand blaster so we can redo the headers. We can detail the engine compartment easier with the engine removed as well. I will keep it in driveable condition as long as I can.

when I bought the car I knew about the rockers and the floors. There was some bubbling in the trunk on the drivers side. Once I got the car home I started picking away at the trunk floor. I'm starting to learn how these cars go together haha. the car came with the replacement rockers. I ordered the mount bracket that comes with the caged nut. Gunna need some bushings and washers to fix the frame.

This is the replacement piece for the body mount bracket. It originally looks like it was a triple lap with the trunk floor pan and lower quarter inner filler panel. I will blast the area and do further recon.

I have a 4 piece kit because I'm going to have to do some work in the trunk as well... Watchin this !!!
