Now that I my 1978 Oldsmobile Omega is no longer a non running project. I decided to tackle the task of transforming a "pop pop" regal into something fun. I have a 1987 Buick Regal that is all stock except the dual exhaust system. It's currently a bench seat car with a strong running Olds 307/200-R4 trans and 2.56 rear. It has been repainted and overall looks good, doesn't need any body work. Plans for the car are engine swap (403 Olds, fuel injected 350 or Olds 330), rebuild 200-R4, bucket seat conversion, repainting interior, center console/column swap, upgrade suspension, upgrade stereo and of course upgrade wheels and a few little things. I originally was going to repaint car maroon and black out trim but I have been convinced to keep the sleeper look plus the paint is in good shape. So I am rocking the two earthtone tan look.

Here is what car looked like when I first got it.

Thus far I have picked up a few things to upgrade the Regal (all from forum members) Thanks guys!

Tan bucket seats (83StreetMachine)
15" Centerline rims (83StreetMachine)
Grand National Rims (Chevy2480)
Grand National Steering Column (Chevy2480)
Center Console (Chevy2480)
Chrome Headlight Bezels (tobyp)
Buick Rivera Steering Wheel (442kid)

The Grand National rims, steering column, center console and the Rivera steering wheel will all be painted matching tans to match interior. Currently the rims are rough and being used to roll my Omega around. My hope is to clean them up and paint the black inside the chrome tan and use them as a winter rim. Hopefully the console can be saved, both console and steering column are gray and the steering wheel is a green color. As you can see in pics, my headlight bezels are matching tan of car. I'm hoping the chrome bezels will spice up the front of car. I will post my progress with painting and installing these parts.

Here is how she looks with the Centerlines. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!!!!!!!
