Thinking about buying it guy said 200 i show up he asks for 325 so im debating on it never had a m.c more of a regal guy. Has custom home made t tops caint tell if they original 5.0 v8 minor rust

The price is right and that doesn't look like a custom t-top unless the glass removal on one side constitutes a custom job. Even if you end up reselling the car as a project or part the car out you'll make money on it.
